NKR PRESIDENT’S MEETINGS

On purpose of taking part in organizing works of coming yearly telethon
of "Hayastan" pan-Armenian Fund, the NKR President B.Sahakian is in
France in these days. Yesterday, on October 6th, the NKR President
met with the representatives of Armenian community of Paris. The
meeting took place in the reception hall of St. Hovhannes Mkrtich
church of Paris. The NKR President represented them home political,
socio-economical situation of Artsakh, as well as the questions
refering to the regulation of Karabakh conflict. Touching upon the
necessity of deepening and strengthening Artsakh-Diaspora relations,
B.Sahakian underlined the role of French armenian community in
the work with european structures, as well as in cultural life of
Artsakh. RA ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentionary in France
Eduard Nalbandian, executive director of "Hayastan" pan-Armenian Fund
Vahe Aghabekiants and the head of France’s branch of the Fund Petros
Terzian assisted at the meeting The same day the President met with
french chairman of OSCE Minsk group Barnard Faciller. The interlocuters
discussed the questions having relation to the present stage and
perspectives of negotiating process of Karabakh conflict.(Central
