ArmInfo. Protectionism factor is not a frequent phenomenon when
selecting cadres of civil service, the head of Civil Service Council
Manvel Badalyan told Arminfo correspondent when commenting on the
results of monitoring and selection of cadres of civil service.
, – Badalyan said.
Nevertheless we should say that according to the results of the
monitoring held by the Armenian Union of State Employees together
with Civil Service Council and financed of the OSCE Yerevan office
and EurAsia Foundation, the major part of respondents (30%) called
protectionism as one of the problems which is still relevant today
when giving job to somebody or holding review.
