FELIX TSOLAKYAN APPOINTED HEAD OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY SERVICE

According to President Robert Kocharyan’s decree of November 1st,
Felix Tsolakyan was dismissed form the position of the Adviser to RA
president and was appointed to the office of the Head of the National
Security Service adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia,
President’s Press Office reports.
