AGENCY REORGANIZED INTO A FUND

We have learned from the department of information and public relations
of the NKR government that Prime Minister Ara Harutiunyan signed a
decree on the reorganization of Artsakh Development Agency into Artsakh
Investment Fund. The prime minister heads the board of trustees.
Karen Oleg Yesayan is the interim director of the Fund.
