ARMENIAN COMMUNITY OF HUNGARY HAS ETHNIC SOVEREIGNTY

The Armenian community of Hungary has ethnic sovereignty, stated
the ambassador of Armenia to Austria, Hungary, Czech and Slovakia
(residence in Vienna) Ashot Hovakimyan in a news conference on
Tuesday. "Hungary is the only European country with such a precedent,"
he said, News Armenia reported.

According to Ambassador Hovakimyan, the Armenian community counts
about 3000, it has a history of centuries and is a traditional ethnic
minority.
