Parents of Armenian-captured Azerbaijani soldier Samir Mammadov
appealed to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, President of Heydar
Aliyev Foundation, Azerbaijani MP Mehriban Aliyeva, Sheikulislam
Allahshukur Pashazade and Defense Minister Safar Abiyev, uncle of
the captured Vidadi Mammadov told the APA.
He said that they ask to assist in handing over Samir Mammadov to
Azerbaijan in their appeal.
Samir Mammadov was captured by Armenian Armed Forces on December 24,
2006.
