Being guided by the 1st point of the 37th clause of the electoral
Code of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, I pronounce the changes made
in the structures of the territorial electoral commissions of
Stepanakert. According to his application, the commissions of the
member Marat Hasratian were resigned ahead of time. Varduhi Hasratian,
the operator of the publishing department of Artsakh State University,
was appointed the member of the territorial electoral commission of
Stepanakert.
