"My plans to visit Nagorno Karabakh remain in force," EU Special
Envoy for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby told APA.
Underlining that he had non-official meetings with the Foreign
Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia in Brussels, Semneby
informed that the question of his visit to Nagorno Karabakh was
discussed. However, the terms of the visit have not been fixed so
far. It’s not clear either through which state the EU Special Envoy
will enter Nagorno Karabakh.
