By the decision of the Administrative Court on November 2, 2026, the settlement agreement concluded between the Prosecutor General’s Office and other participants in the trial regarding the return to the Republic of Armenia of the land area of ​​5 hectares and the building with an area of ​​161.20 square meters in the city of Vedi, Vedi Municipality, Ararat Marz, with a cadastral value of 98 million 112 thousand drams, was approved.

Let’s remind that in parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated in the Investigative Committee, the State Interests Protection Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office submitted a claim to the Administrative Court, demanding to invalidate the state registration of the property rights made in the name of “Ararat Auto School LLC” of the “Ararat Driving School” LLC of the “Dosaaf of Armenia” NGO with respect to the address of the autodrome in the city of Vedi, Ararat region.

After the court act confirming the reconciliation agreement enters into force, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia will be registered over the above-mentioned properties.
