A technical meeting between representatives of the relevant agencies of Armenia and Azerbaijan was held in Goris, Armenia, on October 8, 2026.

According to Armenia’s Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, the meeting focused on issues related to the placement of power transmission lines within the framework of the TRIPP project.

The parties discussed technical matters concerning the placement of the power transmission lines and exchanged views on the issue.

Particular attention was paid to coordination between the relevant agencies and the next steps needed to advance the work.
