In fact, the RA police should be able to determine exactly how many people have hostile relations with each other in the country, and it is not yet clear what legal mechanism should be used to control the course of these relations, and actively work with them to reconcile (eliminate or mitigate enmity).

If we take into account the information-anti-propaganda flows that expose the society to psychological tension and various stresses, the lack of respect and care for each other among many people, the hostility that has been actively spreading on social networks in recent years, the slanders against different people, public insults, violations of good reputation, honor and dignity, public divisions and the large share of CP members in them, then we can record that the Ministry of Internal Affairs no police officer will be able to objectively fulfill this immeasurable and formal order.
