Spokesperson of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Nver Kostanyan, denied the rumors that the state assistance program for the housing of Artsakh residents has allegedly become unfeasible. He noted that the official data shows the opposite picture. as of August 13, 7,743 families have already received a certificate within the framework of the program, and 4,146 families have implemented it.
“Thus, as of August 13, 7,743 families (31,845 persons) have already received a certificate within the framework of the program, of which 7,147 families (29,921 persons) have the acquisition component, 297 families (1,104 persons) have the construction component, 299 families (820 persons) have received the existing mortgage repayment assistance component.
The process of realization of certificates is actively continuing. 4,146 families (19,098 persons) realized the certificate, of which 3,853 (18,134 persons) received the acquisition component, 62 (304 persons) received the construction component, 231 (660 persons) received the existing mortgage repayment support component.
The regional distribution of certificates realized by the acquisition and construction component is as follows: Vayots Dzor – 63, Tavush – 87, Aragatsotn – 135, Shirak – 147, Gegharkunik – 158, Syunik – 228, Lori – 368, Yerevan – 450, Ararat – 531, Armavir – 667, Kotayk – 1081.
