The RA National Security Service refused to inform Sputnik Armenia at what stage is the construction of the border fence in the part of the village of Nerkin Voskepar, Tavush Marz, RA.

“The information on the construction of barbed wire barriers in the internal Voskepar area is information revealing the structure of the state border protection,” said the written response of the NSS.

As mentioned in the National Security Service, according to paragraph 16 of the appendix to the Law “On State Secrets” and the government’s decision N 53-N of January 11, 2024, it is classified as a state secret and is not subject to disclosure based on paragraph 1, paragraph 1 of Article 8 of the Law “On Freedom of Information”.

It was written earlier that Armenia and Azerbaijan have not yet completed the construction of the border fence in the part of the village of Innerkin Voskepar.
