On July 20, during his visit to Kotayk region, Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan visited the Petrosyan family living in Marmarik to congratulate them on the birth of little Tigran. After heavy losses in the family, the child’s voice was heard again, filling the house with new hope and warmth.

The minister wished the family health, strength, peaceful and happy days, stressing that the birth of a baby is a symbol of new hope and continuation of life.

The Petrosyans thanked the minister for his constant attention, care and always being by their family’s side.

After the death of 2-year-old Tigran, his father Norayr Petrosyan also died in October 2025. Shortly after his death, the woman found out that she was pregnant.
