The bankers of the Adonts 2/6 building in the Eraz residential district do not have ownership registration. the Cadastre Committee refuses to implement the latter.

Construction works started in 2021 were planned to be completed in December 2024. Due to certain objective circumstances, the construction dates were extended, which was originally planned and mentioned in the right-to-purchase contracts signed with the buyers.
