– if necessary, request documents confirming the quality and safety of the food,
– pay attention to the seller’s personal hygiene,
– check the sanitary and hygienic condition of the place of sale and the surrounding area.
“When shopping, pay attention to the appearance, color and smell of the food. The fruits must have a color characteristic of the given species, be whole, without signs of spoilage, decay or damage to the skin. Ripe and quality fruits usually have a pleasant and natural aroma.
We remind you that it is forbidden to sell rotten, spoiled or damaged or unfit for consumption vegetables and fruits.
Wash the fruits thoroughly under running water before use.
Do not forget about personal hygiene. wash your hands before eating, after returning home from outside, and after contact with animals.
