As a result of the activities carried out by the employees of the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, factual information was obtained that a person acting on behalf of the “Wings of Unity” party paid an election bribe to a registered serviceman voter in Artsvanik settlement of Kapan community of Syunik marz in order to participate in the National Assembly elections and vote for their party.

Regarding the case, the RA Anti-Corruption Committee initiated criminal proceedings, 2 persons were arrested, searches and other procedural actions were carried out.

Notice: the person accused of a crime is considered innocent until his guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by the RA Criminal Procedure Code by a legally binding court verdict.
