In the framework of the control carried out by the food safety inspection body at the dairy factory belonging to “Voske Kat” SP company (Kotayk marz, village Zovuni), it was found out that dangerous food was produced in non-compliance with the safety and hygiene requirements of food prescribed by the legal acts of the food safety sector.

As a result of the examination, it was found that the product sample of “Milk-containing product Chanakh” (produced on 15.06.26) with the indicators of ASCHM (intestinal yeast group bacteria) and S. Aureus (golden staphylococcus), “Cheese Lori” (produced: 21.05.26), “Milk-containing product with milk substitute Lori” (produced: 14.06.26) samples did not meet the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union “On the safety of milk and milk products” with the AKSHM index.

According to the decision of the head of the inspection body, the separate function of the production activity of the dairy factory, the production of “Milk-containing product Chanakh”, “Cheese Lori”, “Milk-containing product with milk oil substitute Lori” products, was suspended.

A deadline has been set for eliminating the reported violations.
