5 more people were arrested on charges of giving and receiving election bribes. This was reported by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee.

On the basis of the activities carried out by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee and the National Security Service, the criminal proceedings initiated by the Anti-Corruption Committee revealed factual data that the chairman of the precinct committee of the “Strong Armenia” alliance of parties, taking advantage of the opportunity to nominate members of the precinct election committee, provided by law, when choosing committee members, gave preference to those persons who agreed to be included in the committee and receive remuneration in return, providing both themselves and those involved the voting of a specific number of persons: effectively using committee membership and remuneration as a means of obtaining votes.

Criminal proceedings were initiated in connection with the incident, a number of persons were arrested, and searches were carried out.
