The Armenian Film Society announced that an upcoming panel discussion, titled “Armenians in Television,” will be held on Sunday, June 28 at LOOK Cinemas in Glendale.
This special conversation brings together Armenian actors who have appeared in some of this year’s most talked-about television series, including “The Pitt,” “Euphoria,” “The Lincoln Lawyer,” and “The Rookie.”
The panel will feature Sofia Hasmik, Jack Topalian, Michael Goorjian, and Edgar Damatian, and will offer audiences an inside look at the realities of building a career in television, navigating the entertainment industry, and representing Armenian voices in mainstream media.
Those in attendance will have an opportunity to network with the guests following the discussion.
Tickets are available for purchase online. Proceeds from ticket sales will directly support Armenian Film Society’s year-round programs and initiatives.
The event is open to everyone, regardless of industry experience or background, and provides filmmakers, aspiring creatives, and film lovers alike with an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, gain career insights, and hear firsthand stories from established professionals.
Founded in 2015, Armenian Film Society is a creative and cultural hub dedicated to championing Armenian films and empowering Armenian filmmakers. Armenian Film Society hosts year-round programming, including screenings, premieres, festivals, as well as educational programs and workshops. The 2026 Armenian Film Festival will be held from September 16 to 20 in Glendale.
