“We need a change of government, we are not interested in the prospect of having several mandates. The past years further prove the truth of this decision.
And I assure you and our people that even without participating, or more precisely, without directly participating in these elections, the Republican Party will continue to be one of the pioneers of the struggle in the focus of political developments,” Serzh Sargsyan, the third president of the Republic of Armenia, announced at the RPA congress.
“We announce that the activities of the Republican Party from this congress until June 7 will be aimed at promoting the participation of our compatriots in the national elections, under the slogan “Let them go”, with various actions, propaganda, information campaigns, meetings with residents.
We will use every opportunity to convince our citizens to go to the polling stations and choose such forces that will put an end to today’s humiliation of Armenia, put an end to this conspiratorial, disastrous regime,” Serzh Sargsyan announced.
