CivilNet: Pashinyan heads to Moscow for CSTO military alliance summit

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan traveled to Moscow for a summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, a Russian-led military alliance.
Anti-government demonstrations in Yerevan entered their third week, with plans for mass actions of civil disobedience across the city Tuesday morning.
Armenia made public the six-point Karabakh peace plan it submitted last month in response to a five-point proposal put forward by Azerbaijan.
Armenia has fully vaccinated one million people against COVID-19, the Ministry of Health announced.
