MINSK, 23 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Armenia President Armen Sargsyan, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Your many-year selfless work in various fields – from science and economy to diplomacy and politics – has always been an example of sincere service to your country and its people,” the head of state stressed.
“In this difficult time mutual trust and generous friendship which have historically connected Belarus and Armenia become especially important,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said. “I am convinced that on this solid foundation we will manage to use the existing potential of Belarus-Armenia relations to the full, expand joint activities within the framework of integration projects.”
According to the Belarusian president, he is ready to do his best to promote the further development of cooperation between the two states.
