Public Radio of Armenia The UN would like to have unhindered humanitarian access in Nagorno‑Karabakh, Stéphane Dujarric, Spokesperson for the UN Secretary General, told a daily briefing. “To date, this has not been possible because we’ve not received the necessary authorization from the Azerbaijani authorities. However, we are hopeful that we’ll see progress on this soon,” Dujarric said.
