All the apprehended near Government building today have been released from Central Police Department.
“Five apprehended were kept in the Central Police Department. No other apprehended person is kept in this department,” human rights advocate Ruben Melikyan told the reporters.
Melikyan said he does not have information about the apprehended in other departments.
