YEREVAN, OCTOBER 25, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Tigran Sargsyan held a joint press conference in Moscow following the session of the Eurasian Inter-governmental Council, summing up the results of talks.

Pashinyan said this time as well the discussion was held in a constructive manner.

“We agreed upon almost all issues of the session agenda. He informed that during the session the preparation of a draft for regulating the market of alcoholic drinks within the Union was also discussed.

“Next, I want to highlight the agreement on features of deals being done with the precious metals and precious stones which lifts the current restrictions in the Union’s domestic market of jewelry goods”, he said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
