The court ruling and Lydian International’s statement on the court ruling are incommensurate, and this is simply manipulation. This is what member of the group of conservationists of Amulsar and resident of Jermuk Vazgen Galstyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“The court ruling and Lydian International’s statement are incommensurate,” he said.
According to the conservationist, there are three shacks in the area, and nobody has any complaints because they used the shacks in the winter.
“The whole community is against the mine. The shacks don’t matter. Lydian complained about the shacks, but what matters is us,” Vazgen Galstyan said.
He also stated that it is up to the police to come and remove the shack a meter away from the territory of Lydian, if there is such a shack in the territory of Lydian.
