German Chancellor Angela Merkel arrived in Yerevan. A little while ago, Angela Merkel’s plane landed at Zvartnots airport, where she was met by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.


As part of the visit, high-level Armenian-German talks will be held under the leadership of Nikol Pashinyan and Angela Merkel. They will summarize the results of the meeting during a joint press conference.


Within the framework of the visit, Chancellor Angela Merkel will also have a meeting with RA President Armen Sarkissian. The Chancellor of Germany will visit the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial to pay tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
