Garik Barseghyan (57 kg) will compete with Yuriy Holub from Israel in the qualifiers.

Bronze medalist of the European Championship Volodya Frangulyan (61 kg) will also start from the qualifiers, competing with Daulet Niyazbekov (Kazakhstan).

Levan Berianidze (125 kg) will start from 1/8 final and fight with the winner of Daulet Shabanbay (Kazakhstan)-Soslan Gagloev (Slovakia) pair.
