Artsakh holds shooting drills

Shooting drills were held in one of the military units of Artsakh army
on 29 May-5 June,.

The drills focused on lessons learned from the April 2016 fighting,
the website quoted Artsakh's defence ministry as saying.

On 2 June, Artsakh Defence Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan observed a
shooting exercise aimed at checking combat readiness and the unit's
ability to destroy the enemy armed groups. Artillery units practised
shooting at the enemy's firing positions, as well as defending,
attacking and restoring frontline positions.

Armoured troops also performed manoeuvres to disrupt the enemy and
prevent further advancement. The servicemen were awarded certificates,
badges and gifts at the end of the drills.
