NKR Parliament to discuss draft Consitution at a special session

The National Assembly of the Nagorno Karabakah Repubvlic will convene a special session on January 17.

A corresponding decision was signed by Speaker Ashot Ghulyan today.

The lawmakers are set to resume discussions on the draft Constitution.
