Russia could act as the main mediator in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Russian President’s Special Representative for Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), ex-Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov told Trend.
“It’s necessary to agree on Karabakh settlement through Russian mediation,” he added.
Zubkov said tensions between Russia and Turkey will in no way affect the South Caucasus.
