Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will visit Belgrade December 3-4 to participate in the 22th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.
Minister Nalbandian is expected to deliver a speech at the plenary sitting of the Council.
Edward Nalbandian will meet with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. Other meetings are also planned.
