Karabakh war veteran Zhirayr Sefilyan calls on Armenians not to repay
the loans taken from banks and credit institutions and not to enrich
the regime and its criminal oligarchs who have a share from the money.
“Together with our citizens, the movement “The 100th anniversary
without the regime” is starting to overthrow the acting regime from
April 24. After the authorities are toppled down fundamental changes
will be introduced in the banking system: the terms of the loans [taken
by residents and business owners], as well as loan repayment terms
and interest rates will be reviewed,” he said adding that citizens
will have to pay only the principal amount of the loan with revised
and significantly reduced interest rates without any fine.
