TURKEY ADMITS RESPONSIBILITY FOR NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said today, commenting on
the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Turkey could have prevented the
conflict if it were stronger in the early 1990s. He reminded that
some Arab states and parts of the South Caucasus were in a state of
conflict, Trend reports.
