Valeri Permyakov, a 19-year old Russian serviceman stationed in 102nd
military base in Gyumri who is accused of murdering a seven-member
family in Gyumri, has been recognized sane in the result of outpatient
forensic psychiatric assessment, Tert.am reports citing its sources
close to the investigation body.
