A candle lighting ceremony will be held at the Liberty Square in
Yerevan in memory of the Avetisyan family slain in Gyumri early
Monday, according to the Facebook page of the “Candle lighting in
memory of Avetisyans.”
“This is the pain of all of us and it’s our duty to pay tribute to
our compatriots.
Let’s not politicize this candle lighting ceremony, let’s just join
to light a candle in memory of Avetisyans,” reads the message.
