Haykakan Zhamanak: Club 12 closed because of tax law violation
Club 12 in Yerevan was closed due to non-fulfilment of tax law
requirements, the press service of Armenian Finance Ministry said in
response to a written inquiry of ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily.
Finance Ministry said that it was found during a December 12 check
conducted by the ministry at Zanzibar Company that operates Club 12
that 12 employees were not registered in the order envisaged by the
Armenian law. A report was compiled, under which the company must pay
income taxes of a total of 400,000 drams.
‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ wrote earlier that Club 12 at 1 Abovian Street in
Yerevan was closed because of tax problems.
