AMD 2.5 BILLION WORTH DRUGS PURCHASED BY ARMENIA’S HEALTH MINISTRY IN 2014 AT GOVERNMENT ORDER

YEREVAN, December 25. /ARKA/. Armenia’s health ministry purchased
AMD 2.5 billion worth drugs in 2014 at the government order, Health
Minister Armen Muradyan said Thursday at a news conference.

“Health centers bough AMD 1 million worth drugs,” he said. “Purchase
and distribution priorities are decided by specialists.”

The list of the medicaments to be bought is based on their decision.”

In his words, the ministry is now purchasing 44 varieties of
medicaments, including diabetic and psychotropic drugs and some
medicaments provided to socially unprotected people through health
