System of a Down announce Wembley arena gig for Wake Up The Souls 2015

The world-renowned rockers have announced a “Wake Up the Souls” tour
in commemoration of the Armenian Genocide centennial – and will play a
gig in London

System of a Down have announced an upcoming tour in the capital – for
the first time since 2005 – as part of their European Wake up the
Souls tour.

The band who have sold over 31-million copies since forming in 1998,
will play Wembley’s SSE Arena on April 10 , their first indoor UK gig
since 2005.

System of a Down’s upcoming tour is to commemorate the 100th
anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and in tribute of the lives lost.

In a statement, the band said: “System of a Down will commemorate the
100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide with their Wake Up The
Souls Tour, commencing on April 10 and concluding with their
first-ever performance in Armenia with a free show in Yerevan’s
Republic Square”.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 28 at 10am.
