Arthur Baghdasaryan is still indicated as secretary of Armenia’s
National Security Council on that institution’s website, Chorrord
Ishkhanutyun writes.
“One may make a conclusion that either the respective bodies benefit
from Baghdasaryan’s name being indicated on the website and he
continues shadow activity or employees are idle and do not notice
errors,” the newspaper says.
