Armavir mayor injured by mine in Kelbajar

One man died and three were injured by a mine exploding underneath
their car in the Kelbajar District occupied by Armenia. Armavir Mayor
Ruben Khlgatyan was one of the injured. He was taken to the Erebuni
Medical Center in Yerevan by helicopter. His driver died, News.am
reports.
Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Oganyan said earlier that mines
should be laid in the district.
