The world community must react to Azerbaijan’s war threats,
Nagorno-Karabakh MP, hero of the Nagorno-Karabakh war Vitaly Balasanyan
said on Tuesday.
“The OSCE Minsk Group and other international organizations must adopt
a document excluding the use of force and guaranteeing further cease-
fire. I also believe that Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh must urgently
form a strategic union,” Balasanyan said.
He believes that the Madrid principles are dangerous and must be
replaced. “Nagorno-Karabakh must be involved in the peace talks,”
Balasanyan said, adding that international recognition would be a
guarantee of Nagorno-Karabakh’s security.
