Armenia’s state debt amounts to $4 560.37 million in late April 2014
YEREVAN, May 31. /ARKA/. Armenia’s state debt amounted to $4 560.37
million in late April 2014, just as in the beginning of the month, the
National Statistical Service reports.
According to the report, the country’s foreign debt reached $3 887.9
million after growing by $20.8 million over the month. About $3 393.8
million of this amount is the Armenian government’s debt, which grew
by 18.9 million in April, and about $494.1 million is the central
bank’s debt that grew by 1.87 million.
Armenia’s internal debt amounted to $672.4 million in late April after
shrinking by $20.7 million over the month. Government bonds in foreign
currencies totaled $634.2 million here. Government bonds in foreign
currencies bought by residents totaled $27.9 million, loans $8 million
