President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree, dismissing Karen Nazaryan
from the position of Armenia’s Permanent Representative at UN.
According to another presidential decree, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has
been appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia
at the United Nations Organization (residence in New York).
