ZHAMANAK: NEW PUBLIC COUNCIL TO BE REGULATED BY LAW

The term of operation of Armenia’s Public Council headed by Vazgen
Manukyan expires in June, Zhamanak writes. Whether a new Public
Council will be formed is still unclear. The bill on the formation of
Public Council is prepared and in case a new Public Council is formed,
it will be regulated by law.
Vazgen Manukyan told the newspaper that there is an agreement with
President Serzh Sargsyan and that the President is in favor of forming
a Public Council in correspondence with the law.
