IRAQ, ARMENIA AGREE FACILITATING MOVEMENT OF CITIZENS

BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Iraq and Armenia agreed today to facilitate
the transport of their citizens and businessmen.

In a statement by Iraqi foreign ministry, talks were held today
between Iraqi foreign minister Hoshiar Zebari and his Armenian
counterpart where both sides reviewed bilateral relations and means
for developing them.

It added that Armenian foreign minister confirmed the desire of his
country to increase trade relations with Iraq, opening a general
consulate in Arbil, resumption of direct flights and cooperation in
agricultural, trade and tourism sectors.

Zebari confirmed that dialogues and peaceful means should prevail in
the Syrian crisis, the statement added.

The views of both sides on Geneva-2 Conference were identical that
peaceful solutions should be reached to meet the aspirations of the
Syrian people.
