Former MP from ARF Dashnaktsutyun Vahan Hovhannisyan, who has been
appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to Germany, has already vacated his
office in parliament, Hraparak newspaper reports.

However, Hovhannisyan has not started performing the duties of
Ambassador. According to the newspaper’s diplomatic sources, he will
depart to Germany some time between February and March.
