Salary of MPs Will Increase In July

The Chorrord Ishkhanutyun reported that on 1 July 2014 the monthly
salary of members of parliament will rise to 661,400 drams. The chairs
of standing committees will get 793,680 drams per month. The Law on
Compensation of Public Officials was adopted on 12 December 2013.

Currently, the monthly pay of members of parliament and chairs of
standing committees is 331,595.
