ROSNEFT AND PIRELLI TYRE RUSSIA TO JOINTLY PRODUCE RUBBER IN ARMENIA

Rosneft, Rosneft Armenia and Pirelli Tyre Russia which is part of a
joint venture between the state corporation “Russian Technologies”
and the Italian Pirelli, will start producing styrene-butadiene rubber
in the capital of Armenia.

The sides signed the memorandum yesterday in the presence of the
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.

Later, he met with the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, with whom he
discussed the prospects of cooperation between the Russian company
and Armenia, ITAR-TASS reports.
